Hossein’s love of cooking started at home with his family . His mother always prepared the most delicious food throughout his childhood in Tehran . So , when Hossein moved from his home city to the UK to study engineering , he missed home cooking very much . He began to explore the different foods on offer in England and realised there was opportunity in business both to promote the food of his heritage and explore to foods of Europe . He made his own bespoke oven using all the skills of his engineering and opened his first food business . It was a massive success . He continued study and became a solicitor . Throughout his career , he has never forgotten the importance of good quality , home cooked food . So now he has come full circle , bringing amazing tastes from Europe back home .
